Monday thru Friday 9am-5pm

Location: Clinic is in the Issaquah Worklofts building. 160 NW Gilman Blvd, Ste 351, Issaquah, WA 98027
To get to the Issaquah Work Lofts from I-90 East or I-90 West, take Exit 17 (Front St / East Lake Sammamish Pkwy).

PARKING: Parking near Issaquah Worklofts area is free. You can park at 1) the ground floor parking lot of the building, or 2) street parking on 4th Ave NW right next to the building (see map), or 3) nearby street parking.
